With a career spanning over 30 years—including a tenure as the youngest COO in the history of Kempinski Hotels—Duncan’s journey is a masterclass in operational excellence. Since joining Accor in 2016, he has navigated the group through complex organizational shifts, from leading Northern Europe to his current role steering the growth engine of MEA and APAC. His leadership is defined by "Scale with Discipline," moving beyond mere expansion to focus on brand clarity and purposeful execution across a portfolio of 40 countries and over 130,000 team members.
